Windermere Community Service Day

Once a year, Windermere agents and staff dedicate a day of work to those in need. From senior centers to playgrounds, food banks, and more, these hands-on projects benefit a wide variety of community-based organizations. With more than one million hours of community service logged to date, we’re proud to continue this tradition of giving back to the communities where our Windermere teams live, work, and play.

For our 2022 Community Service Day, Windermere Sequim is hosting a food drive and fun raffle, now through June 9th, in collaboration with the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society.

Since 1949 the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society has been dedicated to maintaining and improving the health and well being of all surrendered, lost, abandoned, neglected and abused companion animals of Clallam County. OPHS serves as a conduit for helping lost animals reunite with their owners, as well as helping adoptable animals find new owners. The shelter currently handles around 1,500 animals a year. The cost of these efforts add up quickly. This is where the brokers from Windermere Sequim hope to help.

As part part of our annual community service day on Friday, June 10th from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at 842 E Washington St in Sequim, the brokers of Windermere Real Estate/ Sequim-East will be building the pet beds. Following this event, raffle winners will be drawn. 100% of proceeds will go directly to the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society, continuing their efforts in improving the lives of Clallam County animals. Food drive donations will be accepted until June 10th at noon.

Enter the raffle to win a custom made pet bed. $5.00/ticket. (Available ONLINE and in-person). Or make a donation to the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society HERE.
